Hot maps page with only n-arts

Well I was looking at http://www.nmaps.net/183585 and looking at matyr's comment. he said n-arts hog the hot maps too much. Well most people have said that. So basically, Make a hot maps page with only n-arts.

This can also be for DDAs, although you don't have to

        The functionality for this is already implemented; you can search "-n-art" or "-DDA" to omit those. All that would have to be done is add links to these searches.
