If a Favourite Authors list was implemented it would be listed on your profile most likely.

Let me rephrase...

A Top Favourited list would probably show many similar maps that a Top Rated list would, only it would be almost impossible for a single map to gather more favourites than at least the top 20 or 30 maps. In this case it becomes a stagnant page where good new maps are never seen.

If we were to have a public Top Favourited page, I would hope that it sets a minimum requirement of maybe 10 favourites, and that the maps are ordered by when they meet that minimum, not by how many favourites they actually have. (Although it would be nice to see how many favourites they do have anyway. Maybe the gold ninja could have a "x(#)" next to it?) This way the page is constantly updated with new maps instead of remaining the same page with the best maps stagnating at the top.
This might also prompt people to continue looking at more pages for more maps with a lot of favourites. Also, old maps could be added to this list if this were the case because they could get 10 favourites many months or years later and thus the page would have an amazing mix of old and new maps.

I was going to end this with, "I wouldn't want a public page though," but my thought process has convinced me it would be an awesome idea if implemented this way.

Something more personal would be nicer anyway, I think. I'm unsure whether a public or private listing of users who favourited a map would be better, but I think either way it would be nice.
